Pin Coat does not stick to fixed ideas. Wooden rods of different lengths are inserted loosely into a base and leave enough design scope for individual preferences. Like a sculpture that you determine yourself. The only question left is whether Pin Coat needs more or less jackets to come to full effect.
Advanced jackstraws
The best thing about our Pin Coat is not only its regional wood and its simple principle, but also that it can create order or disorder. Depending on how the rods are arranged or distributed. Various lengths of wooden rods are loosely inserted into square cast poured concrete base. Pin Coat provides space for casually shed clothes as well as for hangars, which are hung on the hook-like formed pole ends. Children’s coats as well as longer coats can be hung on the various rod lengths.

Good to know
In contrast to jackstraws, the rods in Pin Coat are allowed to wobble now and then. However, the coat rack carries loads of scarves and coats thanks to the base of cast concrete. Speaking of wobbling: When the base is being produced the silicone form is continuously shaken during the drying phase to compress the liquid concrete and to avoid air pockets. A small concrete casting firm near our headquarters conducts this skilled wobbling procedure for us.
One rod, two functions
A coat holder that thinks so higgledy-piggledy, has of course other functions. As can also be said of Pin Coat, Pin LED cuts a fine figure as a coat rack, while simultaneously illuminating the room with a minimalistic glow. An LED bar is inlayed levelly into the ash rod, combining technology and nature with a cross-section of 25 mm. The poles are inserted loosely into a concrete base. By simply turning the pole you can switch from direct to indirect light.
