HochAcht is highly stable and yet still needs a certain amount of support. Although she resembles a ladder, she is a seat and as such not intended for everyday use as a ladder. The second step is formed as a seat, the third as a back rest. The upper step has been extended to the rear and provides both a reclining surface and a storage alternative. There is a leather support mounted on the upper step to protect the wall.

The very beginning

Today he is a well established name in the international design scene but when he began collaborating with Nils Holger Moormann, Konstantin Grcic was only known in insider circles. The chemistry was right from the very beginning. As was the design philosophy: The first draft of Hut Ab, which Konstantin Grcic presented one day to us in Aschau, was almost exactly identical to the piece of furniture that went into series production a little later.
